The MSU PCard, a MasterCard® product, allows for the direct procurement of low-dollar, low-risk purchases by faculty and staff through the use of a credit card.
PCard purchases result in quicker turnaround time, greater flexibility in ordering, and reduced paperwork. Transaction restrictions—including personal use, capital assets, and radioactive materials—and university policies apply to all PCard transactions.
